Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions concern all orders made on www.martinschwartz.com

Shipping:
All orders received before noon on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
All orders received in weekend and holydays will be shipped the following weekday.

Prices:
All prices are inclusive of Danish VAT (25% moms)
Martinschwartz cannot be held responsible for typing errors, currency fluctuations, or technical errors.

Order confirmation:
When an order has been made, an electronic confirmation of your purchase will be sent to your e-mail.

Return policy:
You are guaranteed a 14 days right of return on all products bought on www.martinschwartz.com. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition it was received in including a valid receipt for the purchase. Documentation that the product has been returned must be forwarded to shop@martinschwartz.com
In case the product shows signs of use, the right of return will be canceled.

When the product has been received, the full amount will be reversed to the account from which the purchase was made. All costs associated with the return are to be paid by the costumer.

Vat, Customs and import duties
If your delivery country is outside the EU, and your country charges customs or import duties – these will be charged once the package reaches the delivery country. You will have to pay these charges. This also applies to the purchase of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import charges, and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Complaints
Www.martinschwartz.com operates under the Danish Sales of Goods Act and the guidelines issued by the National Consumer Agency. The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regulate complaints. This means that the customer has 24 month notice on faults and defects on a product. However, this does not apply to errors, damages or wear to tear due to improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. If you wish to file a complaint, report a defect or non-delivery, please contact us at shop@martinschwartz.com.
