Although we guarantee that all pieces come with the box, it sometimes happens that one or more pieces disappear. The pieces are small and therefore easily get lost. For the most part, however, they reappear in the most unexpected places.

Check out these places:

– your folded shirt sleeve

– the newspaper

– the vacuum cleaner

– between the sofa cushions

If, for some reason, a piece remains missing, we are happy to send you a new one for free. We only charge a small fee for the handling and the shipping.
